Do I need to be an existing client to get support?
Priority goes to clients whose systems we installed, but we accept new support clients on a case-by-case basis. We can support systems installed by others—though we’ll need time to familiarize ourselves with your specific setup.
How quickly can you respond?
For ongoing support clients, we typically respond within 4 hours during business hours. Emergency support is available for critical issues. Pay-per-incident clients are scheduled based on availability, usually within 1-2 business days.
Do you charge for remote support?
Yes—remote support takes our time and expertise just like on-site visits. However, it’s typically less expensive since we’re not traveling. For ongoing support clients, some remote support is included in your monthly agreement.
What if you can’t fix the problem?
We diagnose honestly. If we can’t fix it, we’ll tell you—and we won’t charge you for unsuccessful troubleshooting beyond the initial diagnostic time. If equipment needs replacement, we’ll give you honest recommendations and pricing.
Can I cancel my monthly support agreement?
Month-to-month agreements can be canceled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual agreements offer better rates but require the full year commitment. We don’t lock anyone into contracts they don’t want—if you’re not happy, we’d rather you move on than stay resentful.
Do you support Windows/Mac/iOS/Android?
Yes. We support all major platforms and devices. Our focus is home technology systems (networks, smart home, security, entertainment), but we handle general computer and device issues too. If it plugs in or connects, we can probably help.
What areas do you serve?
