WiFi Issues That Make Your Home Tech Useless

Dead Zones Everywhere

Bedrooms, home office, backyard—whole areas of your home where WiFi just doesn’t reach. You’re stuck working next to the router.

Paying for Speed You Don’t Get

You upgraded to gigabit internet, but your WiFi is still slow. The problem isn’t your ISP—it’s your home network.

Dropped Video Calls

Zoom meetings freeze. Video calls drop. Working from home is a nightmare when your WiFi can’t keep up.

Smart Home Devices Won’t Stay Connected

Your cameras go offline. Lights don’t respond. Thermostats disconnect. What’s the point of smart home tech if it doesn’t work?

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from buying a mesh WiFi system from Best Buy?
Consumer mesh systems rely on wireless connections between nodes, which cuts your speed in half with each hop. We install a wired backbone—Ethernet cables to every access point—so you get full speed everywhere. Plus, we use enterprise equipment that’s designed for reliability, not just ease of setup.
Do you run cables through my walls?
Yes, we run Cat6/Cat6A Ethernet cables to each access point location. We work with you to plan the best routes, minimize visible cabling, and ensure clean installation. All penetrations are sealed properly and all visible cables are managed professionally.
How long does installation take?
For most homes under 3,000 sq ft with 2-3 access points, installation typically takes 1-2 days. Larger homes or more complex installations may take 2-3 days. We provide a timeline during the survey phase.
Will this work with my existing internet service?
Yes. We work with any internet service provider. We’re improving your internal WiFi network—the system that distributes your internet throughout your home. Your ISP and modem stay the same.
What if I need changes or support after installation?
We provide training on managing your network and offer ongoing support. Need to add a guest network? Change WiFi passwords? Prioritize certain devices? We can handle it remotely or walk you through it. We also offer optional maintenance agreements for ongoing support.
Can I get a quote without an on-site visit?
For homes under 3,000 sq ft, yes—we can provide a directional quote by phone using a desktop survey. For larger or more complex homes, we need to perform an on-site survey to ensure we design the right solution.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. We verify coverage with post-installation heat mapping and spectrum analysis. If we say you’ll have coverage, you’ll have coverage. We don’t walk away until the system meets the requirements we agreed on.
