Matayo didn’t start NXTGEN in a boardroom—he started on rooftops, installing satellite dishes alongside his father. That hands-on foundation shaped everything about how we operate today: attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a deep respect for doing things right the first time.
From those early days with Western Satellite through building Western Data into California’s premier installation network, Matayo has never lost touch with the field. He has personally overseen thousands of installations and built operational systems that consistently exceed commercial industry standards.

David Bockorny
David brings decades of telecommunications industry experience, having built multiple national Internet Service Providers from the ground up. His expertise in scaling operations, building strategic partnerships, and navigating the complex telecom landscape has been instrumental in NXTGEN’s national expansion.
Throughout his career, David has led operations divisions responsible for supporting multi-market growth—designing distributed infrastructure networks, implementing vendor systems, and standardizing workflows across nationally expanding organizations.
When Matayo and David partnered to form NXTGEN Telecom, they combined operational excellence with strategic vision—taking the quality and service standards of Western Data and scaling them nationwide. David’s industry relationships with top REITs and ISPs opened doors that few residential technology companies can access.
Together, Matayo and David lead a company that’s big enough to compete nationally but still committed to the hands-on, customer-focused approach that built the business in the first place.
