Complete Home Technology Done Right From Day One

New construction or major renovation? One company designs and installs everything—network, smart home, security, entertainment. No coordinating contractors. No systems that don’t talk to each other. Just a home that works perfectly.

Complete Home Technology Installation
The Problem

Why Building Tech Into Your Home Is So Frustrating

Coordinating Multiple Contractors

WiFi guy doesn’t talk to the security installer. Security installer doesn’t coordinate with the home theater person. You’re managing three schedules, three invoices, and nobody takes responsibility when things don’t work together.

Systems Don’t Work Together

Smart lights from one company. Thermostat from another. Security system that doesn’t integrate. You have six apps and nothing talks to each other. This isn’t what “smart home” was supposed to be.

Builder’s Tech Package Is Overpriced

Your builder offers a “smart home package” that’s twice what it should cost. Basic equipment, no customization, and it’s installed after drywall goes up—so everything’s surface-mounted. You’re paying premium for amateur results.

Retrofitting Costs More

You moved in and realize the WiFi doesn’t reach upstairs. Now you’re cutting into finished walls or settling for surface-mounted solutions. What would’ve been $500 to pre-wire is now $2,000 to retrofit. Painful and expensive.

Our Process

One Company, One Plan, Perfect Integration

We design your entire home technology ecosystem before construction begins. Everything is planned to work together, pre-wired during construction, and tested before you move in.

1

Discovery & Design

We discuss your lifestyle, priorities, and budget. Then we design a comprehensive technology plan for your entire home.

2

Pre-Wire Phase

During construction, we run all cables before drywall goes up. Network backbone, speaker wires, camera cables—everything hidden and professional.

3

Equipment Install

After finishes are complete, we install all equipment. Everything integrates because it was designed that way from the start.

4

Testing & Training

We test every system, ensure they work together, and train you before move-in. Plus ongoing support after you’re settled.

Comprehensive Integration

Everything Your Home Needs—Designed To Work Together

We don’t just install individual systems. We design your entire home technology ecosystem as one integrated solution.

The Advantage

Why Building It Right From The Start Matters

Pre-construction planning saves money, ensures quality, and delivers results that can’t be matched by retrofitting.

Saves Money Long-Term

Pre-wiring during construction is a fraction of retrofitting costs. What costs $500 now would be $2,000+ after drywall.

  • No cutting into finished walls
  • Efficient installation during construction
  • Avoid surface-mounted compromises
  • Future-proof infrastructure

Everything Works Together

Systems designed to integrate from the start. No compatibility issues, no multiple apps, no devices that don’t communicate.

  • Unified control interface
  • Seamless automation
  • Single ecosystem
  • Professional integration

Single Point of Contact

One company handles everything. One schedule to coordinate. One invoice. One warranty. One number to call if something needs attention.

  • Coordinated installation schedule
  • Unified warranty coverage
  • Single accountability
  • Ongoing support relationship

Professional Results

Clean installation that looks intentional. Hidden wiring. Properly placed equipment. Everything tested and documented.

  • No visible wires
  • Equipment properly ventilated
  • Optimal device placement
  • Complete documentation

Common Questions

Complete Home Technology FAQ

When should we start planning?
As early as possible—ideally during the design phase. We coordinate with your builder and architect to ensure technology infrastructure is planned before walls go up. Even if construction has started, we can often work with your timeline.
Do you work with any builder?
Yes. We coordinate with your chosen builder and respect their schedule. We’re experienced working alongside construction teams and know how to stay out of their way while getting our work done on time.
What if we’re not sure what we want yet?
That’s normal. We help you think through how you’ll use each space, then recommend appropriate technology. We can also pre-wire infrastructure that gives you flexibility to add systems later without cutting into walls.
Can we do some now and add more later?
Absolutely. Many clients pre-wire for future systems (like whole-home audio) but don’t install equipment until after move-in. This keeps initial costs down while avoiding expensive retrofitting later. We design with expansion in mind.
How much should we budget?
It varies widely based on home size and desired features. Basic infrastructure for a 3,000 sq ft home might start around $15-20K. Comprehensive systems with all features can be $50K+. We work with your budget and prioritize what matters most to you.
What happens if something breaks after we move in?
We provide warranties on our installation work and manufacturer warranties on equipment. Plus, we offer ongoing support packages so you have someone to call when you need help. We don’t disappear after the project—we’re here for the long term.
Can we change our mind about features during construction?
Changes are possible but timing matters. Adding features before drywall is easy. After drywall, changes become expensive and may require compromises. We work with you to make smart decisions upfront that give you flexibility later.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Your builder typically handles permits, but we coordinate with inspectors as needed. Our work meets all electrical codes and we document everything for inspections. We’re licensed and insured, which is often required by builders.
